was bored one saturday afternoon, so i drew up this tutorial on how i draw wolves. why, since i have no wolves up right now? why, because i am starting a whole new world of charries-all of them wolves! this is just a basic wolfie for ya.
the instructions (cuz my writing sux):
1)Draw three circles for the head, chest, and rump.
2)Connect them like so, adding the snout, tail, and beginning of shoulder as you go.
3)Add legs and ears. the front leg comes down from the shoulder, remember! (Also, the back of the hind leg leads into the rump)
4)Draw in paws nose and eye. Above is a detail of the eye.
5)Give your wolf a soft, furry outline, especially around the neck and tail.
6)Add any accessories. Then ink, color, and you're on your way! (Yes, ExoticWolf, I did add the bracelet just to make you squeal)
EDIT: Scrappified because of overall crappiness and out-of-date-ness.
The head is disproportionately large and round. The snout is also pointed... upwards; that does not happen, and the ears are a bit too round. The corner of the eye appears to be wrapping around the skull. The legs, also. They are not structured at all as how any canine's would be. There also appears to be a lack of texture to the body...
Yeah , I know I regret that I wrote it I should have live it for myself but I was very frustrated when I was looking for wolf tutorial some time ago..and couldn't find a thing...still it doesn't excuse me, I should write something constructive if I was to write a negative comment.
